V měsíci listopadu jsme v rámci projektu NAPUSŤ a NEVYPUSŤ věnovali způsobům relaxace a relaxačním technikám. Žáci si zkusili prakticky relaxační techniky - konkrétně mindfulness, arteterapii a a muzikoterapii. Pro atmosféru a naladění nám posloužily svíčky, aromalampa, meditační sedáky a relaxační hudba. #zslogopedicka #zshrabova #napustanevypust
